Key visual Theaterfestival auawirleben Bern

Festival Opening 2023

Place Grosse Halle

Language German and Swiss German Sign Languange

With free shuttle bus from Dampfzentrale at 20:45.

Wednesday 10.5. 21:00

For the overall experience of the opening evening, we recommend first watching the performance of The Making of Pinocchio at the Dampfzentrale at 19:00. Afterwards there is a free shuttle bus to the festival centre in the Grosse Halle, where this year's auawirleben will be officially opened.

In fact, this year's festival opening is like a big bang, a birth, a rite of passage! There will be a colour battle, aperitif and DJ (Pr1nc1p3ss4). And as you should know by now, we're all treating as VIPs, so: be there and get messy!

Pr1nc1p3ss4 writes about the Sound: «An evening filled with sounds of various genres; sometimes waking, sometimes dreamy - in any case always surprising. PrInc1p3ss4 brings technoid, electronic deconstructed beats in harmony with - accessible, dancey, cheeky sounds. princ1p3ss4 warms up the night for us.»

Listen to Pr1nc1p3ss4.
